Throughout my career, I've achieved notable successes, including leading the development of recruitment strategies that resulted in a 160% increase in hires for a Midwest business unit and recognition with the prestigious Recruitment Innovation Award. My leadership has been instrumental in guiding teams to new heights, with members earning accolades such as the President’s Club honors.
